"I’d give it 4 stars because…"
I’d give it 4 stars because, for the most part, the order tracking did what I needed it to do. It let me know when my frame shipped, and the delivery date ended up being accurate, which I really appreciated. There was one point where an update seemed to come through a little late, so I was briefly wondering if something had stalled. But in the end, it arrived right when they said it would. Not perfect, but overall it was a smooth enough experience for me.

"Return Process Was Frustrating"
The return took longer than I expected, and the whole process felt a bit confusing to me. I wasn’t always sure what step I was supposed to take next, so it ended up being more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Nice colors, a bit darker than expected"
The colors looked really nice overall, just a little darker than I thought they’d be. I figured they’d show up brighter since they looked good in the pictures, but I guess that’s not always how it works. Still happy with them though.

I had a problem with the frame, and support, they fixed it quick. They kept me updated the whole time too, which I really appreciated. Really happy with how it all turned out.

"Really nice, really sturdy frame"
The frame turned out really nice, really nice, and it feels solid and sturdy. The corners are clean, and the wood doesn’t feel cheap at all, which I was a little worried about since I ordered it online. I’m giving it 4 stars because there was a tiny mark on the back, but you can’t see it once it’s hung up. Overall, I’m happy with the quality.

"The frame fit my print just right…"
The frame fit my print just right, and the mat lines were nice and straight. I hung it up and everything looked centered, so I didn’t have to mess with it much. any extra adjusting would’ve been unnecessary. Happy with how it turned out.

The frame itself was fine, but the mat just looked kind of cheap and uneven. I’m not sure how to explain it, but it made the whole thing feel lower quality than I expected

"Nice overall, but the preview wasn’t quite spot on"
The online preview was helpful for getting a general idea of what I was ordering, but the frame and mat looked a little different once it arrived. The colors on the site seemed a bit brighter than what showed up at my door. I reached out to support and they basically said the preview is meant as a guide and that colors can vary a bit depending on screens and materials, which makes sense. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, and I still kept it, but I do wish the preview had been more accurate. If I’d known, I probably would’ve chosen a different mat

"Checkout coupon was a bit confusing"
I liked the site overall, but the coupon details at checkout were kinda confusing. I wasn’t totally sure if the discount applied or what the terms were until the very end. Would be nice if it was explained a little clearer.

I stopped by last weekend and was surprised by how many options they had. I thought I’d be in and out in 10 minutes, but I ended up taking my time looking through everything because there was a lot to choose from. Definitely nice if you like having choices before making a decision

"Easy and smooth to use"
I was in a relaxed mood when I used Framebridge’s website, and thankfully it didn’t make things complicated. Uploading my photo was super simple, and choosing a frame didn’t take forever. I liked that I could browse the options without feeling buried in a bunch of menus. Checkout was quick too. Overall, it was a really smooth experience, and I’d definitely use it again.

"Really happy with it"
Ordering was easy and the frame looks really good. I’ll admit I got a little frustrated waiting for it because I was excited to see it in person, but it did show up on time. No issues at all.

"Felt too expensive for what it was"
The prices just felt way too high for what I ended up getting. Like, once I started adding even basic options, the quote kind of jumped up really fast, and it just didn’t feel all that fair to me. I don’t know, I expected it to feel more worth it, but in the end I regretted ordering here

"Way Faster Than I Expected"
I sent my piece off to Framebridge fully prepared for the long, suspenseful waiting game, but somehow it came back so much faster than I expected. The whole process was surprisingly smooth too. The updates were clear, they shipped it out quickly once they received it, and I never had to do that dreaded “where is my order?” follow-up. The frame itself looked great, but the speed was the real plot twist here. I’d definitely use them again.

"Looks nice, but hanging it was a bit annoying"
The frame looked really good when it arrived, so I was happy with that part. But, the hanging hardware was kind of frustrating. The little pieces felt a bit cheap, and it took me longer than expected to get everything level. It’s up now and looks fine, so overall it worked out, but yeah, it just wasn’t as easy to hang as I was hoping

"Communication Was a Mess"
The communication was disappointing. After I placed my order, the updates were vague, and I kept having to check on things myself just to figure out what was going on. When I reached out, the replies didn’t really answer anything either. I don’t mind waiting if I’m kept in the loop, but being left guessing the whole time? What a joke. Definitely not a good experience.
